Test Technology Technical Council ATEVision Best ATE Paper Award
In 2009 the ATEVision workshop and the Test Technology Technical Council (TTTC) created the Best ATE Paper Award and endowed it with a five hundred dollar cash prize. The purpose of this award is to single out and publicize the most influential ATE paper of the year.
This TTTC award's scope is not limited to ATEVision. It also includes the other test conferences.
The Award Selection Committee will anounce the Best 2010 ATE Paper Award nominees in March. The winner will be announced in July. To publicize the award winning paper we will present the award during the SEMICON West Opening Address.
This year the Award Selection Committee wants to give all Test Professionals a chance to recommend nominees. If you know an ATE paper published in 2010 that proved to be influential then you should recommend it to us for nomination! Authors can also submit their own paper to the Committee's consideration. To recommend a paper just send a copy of the manuscript, or of the presentation if it was a workshop paper, along with a one or two sentence statement summarizing its merits and the references of where and when it was published. Send them to Dr. Ferhani at award@atevision.com.
